RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Hello Samy, we want you to love your new hair — but we understand that sometimes things aren’t quite right.
Change of Mind - Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions that have been opened, worn, or tampered with in any way.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
If eligible, you may return the product for:
• An exchange
• A store credit
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund as required by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
