HOW TO SEND US A PHOTO FOR COLOUR MATCHING

STEP 1

Take your photo in natural daylight
Stand near a window or outside in soft, indirect light — avoid harsh sun or indoor lighting.

STEP 2

Wear your hair down
Make sure your hair is clean, dry, and sitting naturally from mid-lengths to ends (no filters or flash!).

STEP 3

Snap a clear photo from the back or side
We need to see your hair’s overall tone and dimension — blurry selfies won’t help!
