To keep your extensions looking their best, it’s important to use the right products and styling tools. Always choose sulfate-free, alcohol-free shampoos and conditioners designed for extension care. When heat styling, apply a heat protectant spray first and use tools with adjustable temperatures — keeping heat below 180°C to avoid drying out or damaging the hair. Treat your extensions like your own: with the right care, they’ll stay beautiful, shiny, and long-lasting.
HOW TO SEND US A PHOTO FOR COLOUR MATCHING
Tape-in Extensions
• Wait 48 hours before washing to let the adhesive fully set
• Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner
• Always keep conditioner off the tapes to prevent slipping
• Avoid oils and heavy products near the roots
• Gently brush from ends to roots with a soft bristle or extension brush
• Sleep with your hair in a low braid or ponytail to reduce tangling
• Avoid high heat directly on the tape tabs
Weft Extensions
• Use sulfate-free products to protect the hair and stitching
• Gently wash in a downward motion — avoid rough scrubbing at the weft
• Blow-dry the weft area thoroughly to prevent moisture buildup
• Brush regularly to prevent matting, especially near the row
• Sleep with hair loosely braided
• Avoid pulling or tugging on the row — this can damage the weft or scalp
Nano Tip Extensions
• Brush gently and regularly with an extension-safe brush
• Wash in lukewarm water using extension-friendly products
• Do not tug or pull on the bonds — hold the root area while brushing
• Avoid conditioner or oils near the nano bonds
• Tie hair in a low braid when sleeping
• Book maintenance appointments every 6–8 weeks
Clip-in Extensions
• Brush and style before clipping in
• Avoid heat styling too often — treat them like your own hair
• Store flat or in a silk bag when not in use
• Wash only when needed (after 6–10 wears) with gentle, sulfate-free shampoo
• Never sleep or swim with clip-ins in
