All prices listed on hellosamy.co.nz are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice. Payment must be made in full at checkout. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods.

🚚 Shipping Information
We currently ship New Zealand-wide.
• Flat Rate Shipping: $8 NZD (tracked courier)
• All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days
• Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days after dispatch
• You will receive tracking details via email once your order is on the way
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect information provided.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair extensions that have been opened, worn, or removed from their original packaging.
You may return your item for store credit or an exchange if:
• The product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
• You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

We recommend our trusted salon partner, HarringtonWest in Pukekohe, Auckland for professional application, colour matching, and aftercare.
